I had a similar situation but had paid with PayPal. Submitted a claim and got every penny back.
 
After all of your great suggestions yesterday, the owner actually replied to my email! (I don't know if the Chamber reached out, Susan from InfoBonaire, the Bonaire Reporter, or someone else, but thanks!)

The owner finally sent me a cancellation email last night, confirming our cancellation. However, the refund was for $0 and she said my credit card was never charged. When I disputed it, with screenshots, she said she will reach out to her bank. Still no word from her today.

In the meantime, I also called my credit card company this morning and had them get involved. So either way, I should get the money back. :wink:
