The tray has some issues (the balls from the tray turns on itself even if I unscrew, clean, rescrew).
The clamps has several issues (the thread of the screws was dead, I change the screw already, it is getting better but the general quality of the clamps seems low)

The tray looks standard. If the new-gear fever's not too bad, you might try some Loctite. As to clamps, price and quality coincide--either buy cheap ones and treat them as quasi-consumables, or buy expensive ones (Ultralight, Nauticam, etc.) and they'll last for years, with an occasional o-ring replacement.
