Prepare yourself to "lights off" at 8pm. Key largo goes to sleep early. As a single person, took me by surprise.

You obviously didn't get out much. Lots of places open past midnight. Some more outrageous than others. But if you drink too much, the diving won't be that fun.

On which part? There's a couple of pool places, like Sharkeys, Hog Heaven and so on. If you want a kicking scene, then Miami's only an hour away. If you want real quiet, then my 10.82 acres here in O'Brien Florida is simply awesome. :D :D :D

Sharkeys had like 3 customers after 10pm.

I also have been to some other place Snooks, that one closed early because of no customers.

Not my experience.
