I use a Mares XR single tank donut. It's 22# but very compact. Mares XR Single Tank Donut Bladder

Inflated it's 12" wide by 23" high. Deflated it's 7" wide by 18" high. The tube's sides & top are about 4" inflated and squish down pretty flat deflated. The bottom of the donut is a bit more inflated but is still pretty flat without air.
I find it great for travel. I use it with a soft backpack and if I take the donut off the backpack/harness (about 5 minutes or less) I can fit them into a smaller space (like a carry-on).
