Travel to Fiji

My wife and I are traveling to Fiji in July. It will be our first time. All of our arrangements have been made so now it is just sit back and wait for the date to depart. Since we are staying at a small resort on one of the islands, do we need to get shots. Any response will be greatly appreciated.
