I believe from El Salvador your still on a big plane so this may not be an issue at all.

Yes, RTB Diver is right, from SAL direct to RTB it would be a large plane not one of the small (Islena) domestic ones.

I have had mixed experiences with TACA but recently they have been great. I flew return from Roatan to Orlando recently and they were charming. Currently i highly recommend them.
