Training/Diving buddy search in UAE

Hi guys!
I have recently completed the GUE Fundamentals course and I am looking for a buddy to train with looking at the Tech Course which I would like to get through in the first half of next year.

Thanks Guys. While reading this I get the impression that Dubai is not the best location to dive. I had expected a very existing place to dive.
Any more information is very welcome if someone has anything to add.
