Trading OMS 131 for 2 steel tanks(advice)

I have a 131 OMS that I am getting ready to trade for 2 used steel tanks. Is there any advice you guys can give about what to look for? Any particular years/brands to stay away from, etc? I am supposing the guy has 2 steel 72's he wants to trade but I have not seen them yet.

is that a LP or HP 131? I ask because there is a used OMS LP 121 on ebay currently asking $300 (not that he will get it...) and steel 72's on ebay are currently running between $12 - $99. They are frequently less than $50 each...

So best to determine what he's trading for them... are they already doubled up with manifold and bands? If so then it's a better deal.
