Has anyone received emails concerning the use of the term "glove rings" in their advertising?

It seems someone managed to register "glove rings" as a trademark (back in 2004 / 2005), in spite of its fairly common generic use.

Nothing lately, it seems that part my signature here had the offending "glove rings" as part of it & a Google search for the phrase had me at the top of the list, due, no doubt to the number of instances my signature appears here.
I slightly modified the signature, turning "dry glove rings" into "dryglove rings" & that fixed things enough to make them happy.
I see that several international sellers haven't bothered to modify their websites.
