Hi,

The lithium ion battery that comes with the Tovatec Fusion 1000 is a 26650. It does not come anywhere close to filling up the diameter of the barrel of the light and rattles around before you replace the cap. Does anyone know if a 32600 or 32650 battery will fit better. I assume the larger batteries will also last longer.

Any thought?

Chad

The [26] part of 26650 is the diameter in mm. [65] is the length. Measure the the barrel opening and you'll have an idea.Big jump from 26mm to 32mm.
I've made spaces out of thick paper and even suitable sized O-rings.

They do specify a "protected" battery, which is a circuit added onto the top or bottom of the cell. This increases the length a little to ~69-71mm. But that won't help with the diameter.
