I have read that there are a couple (few?) hyperbaric chambers in Coz, and that you can actually visit them. One in particular that was mentioned is the BMM facility on Calle 5 Sur, #21-B, right next to the DAN Products shop.

Is this true? Can a visit be arranged? And if so, how would someone go about doing that? Any ideas?

Thanks!

Eileen

When we were in Coz in January we just went in and asked for a quick tour. The gal was very nice and answered any questions we had. We did not call ahead or anything, we just stopped by. Very worthwhile.

The just drop-in ability certainly fits in with the vacation mode. Thanks. I'll put it on my to-do list for certain.

Hey there! When I get back from TX, I will be training to be a tender for the chamber at San Miguel Clinic. I am sure I can arrange a quick tour for you...it's not a big place...haha...but it is really fascinating how the entire operation works.

Are you going to be here in Austin?

Actually, I will be driving up there one day because I have to pick up an official copy of my transcript and diploma...then go the secretary of states office to get an Apostille. Immigration is requiring more documentation from us 'Mericans to make sure we're qualified to do what we're doing...so they are requiring certified copies of transcripts and college diplomas.

E-mail me and give me a phone number and let's do lunch :)

That would be sooooo very cool Christi. I'd *love* it! I'm not certain how many others in our group are into this, but count me in.

If you don't mind sharing, how did you manage to get training to be a tender? I'd be intereted in the training if it's not too cost prohibitive. Do tell if you don't mind sharing. And thanks.
