d33ps1x:Ok dive?
pufferfish:If you check out the web site it is well done and looks like he has an active club. I have bought a few incidentals up there and the owner was pleasant with a good sense of humour. A close friend had his regs serviced there in the fall and no complaints.
My only complaint is the guy is using the OUC to test his air so another unaccredited fill station
Maybe things have changed since the summer though.
chrisch:So much for Scubaboard. Phaa. I took the advise (DennisS) and bought the DiveRite Etherfill, which was delivered proptly and in good order.
However, I cannot get the damn thing to work properly. I have managed to get a 230 bar EAN32 fill so far, but I have not been able to download any Helium. I contacted DiveRite (who were, in fairness helpful) and they suggest it is because my Ethernet 10/100 cabling is CAT4 not CAT5. They suggest FDDI.
It seems that there are problems with Helium over CAT4 cabling, something that does not affect EAN downloading.
I would like to complain that following your recommendations I have now a device that requires me to update all my hardware.
DO YOU WORK FOR MICROSOFT OR WHAT !!!!
What a waste of $12.00
Chris.
Yah lay off before you kill someone.Lead_carrier:I can't believe someone as smart as you would fall for this old ploy. You have an ETHERnet connection. Not a HELIUMnet. You don't deserve to be able to download any helium.. get with the program.
