I'm a Fish!
I have a torpedo and the customer service I am getting from them SUCKS. I have emailed them numerous times and even called and still no response. I need a layout of the electronics in the battery compartment. For example I have a holder with a silver tube thing and not sure how it goes in. I used a bolt but it still seems lose inside and well I just need a picture of the wiring inside .Also can I just buy a magnet at any hardware store to propel it as I lost mine. Thanks

I don't know if anyone else has gotten back to you yet, but I have attached the photos from my 2500.

I don't have a "silver tube thing" in my battery compartment, but I do have a black plastic box. This has 5 wires running into it. The paired black ones run to/from the magnetic switch. One red is from the + terminal on the battery, the other is to the + motor connection. The blue one is to provide power to the relay inside the box so that when the signal from the magnetic switch is activated, the relay will activate.

The relay is a Tyco VF4015F11

Best of luck getting your scooter up and running.
