Too high IP in a piston first stage

So, are you at seat flipped and both shims removed?

I was reticent to remove the plastic washers.
It had 2 plastic washers one 0,5 mm thick and one 0,25 mm thick.
I removed the 0,5 mm thick and placed the 0,25 mm in the piston side.
Also flipped the seat. Now IP is 10,5 bar (also sum up IP gauge error).
Now I'm ok with the work, and grateful to all of you.
