Log them for what they are- confined water shallow dives- but I would not include the number of dives or bottom time in my basic log book. Set up a separate section. Most certification agencies do not recognized confined water time
(swimming pool, aquarium tank) as dives for the purpose of professional certifications or even non-professional certifications. However, you will want a record of your time for presentation in the future to similar locations as you seek to volunteer there or even work for money as a maintenance person or dive experience leader.

My shortested logged dive is 5 minutes, and my shallowest logged dive was 16 feet. Each was memorable for different reasons and so went into my log (finding my brother's lost watch, against all odds; and my first open water dive with my son).

The only contained-water dive I have logged is at the world's largest aquarium environment - 6.3 million gallons. 40 minutes, max depth 30 ft - 4 whale sharks, 4 giant mantas, hammerheads, blacktips, sand tigers, and sand bar sharks. Pretty memorable dive... :)
