What do you suppose this is? New DIVE ENG OX Titanium Regulator No. 092938 - eBay (item 370372491489 end time Dec-24-10 09:10:03 PST) As best I can tell, it comes from a defunct Italian company (at least their website does not load). Does anyone know more?

I just saw someone selling this regulator on eBay too. Their Website "www.diveeng.it" is nonexistent. I like the look of the regulator case. I'd give $25 for the reg case and throw the regulator away.
