I don't know how you guys seem to get that close to squid. Maybe they just don't like me.

Here's close. These are not cropped. They were taken with a housed Nikon and 105mm lens. These were taken at about 12-14 from the squid.

Oh, and they do have a bit of purple in them ;-}
