Starting weight 232lbs.
Last week 201.5
Todays weight 202.7

I gained 1.2 lbs this week.
Eating right & working out.
The clothes are fitting looser & I'm getting stronger.
I still have a bit to go.

I'm going to miss check in next week.
Doing a 50 mile backpack trip with the Boyscouts.
It ought to do me some good.

ok, in the last two weeks I have been to FL and did 13 dives, then packed up a house we'd lived in for 11 years (can you say too much shiest?) and moved to HOT (albeit dry hot) King City, CA.

The only good things, other than the dives of course, is that I lost 8 pounds. Clothes are a little looser, but so is my mind! :rofl3:

So, now I am goal + 42. yippee!!!!!:blinking:
 
Well not a great week, but lost .5. Now 196, hoping to reach 195!!!

ARGH the last pound is the hardest...

Looks like everyone is doing well, not that many check ins though. Winter is more of the diet time.
 
Up for a new entry?? If so, here goes. Started "paying attention" to the scale in the early spring @ 268 pounds. Currently, as of yesterday @ 255lbs and have a goal of-3pounds for the next 5 weeks to reach 240pounds by the end of August.....

pizza, anyone---oh, wait, I'm supposed to be serious here!
