As for everyone -:yelclap: GREAT JOB! :yelclap: Wow. I am really impressed and inspired by you all - except for Fairy's poison ivy. Not fun. I am so sorry to hear about that.

As for me:
Today's weight: 217.0
Last weeks weight: 219.8 on Thur but Tues was 217.6
Loss this week: 0.6 - 2.8, depending on what
Total weight loss to date: 3.2 lbs.

I need to be more diligent about what is going into my mouth.

I swim an hour and a half a day m-f, and an hour each day on sat and sun. When I swim I try to keep my heart rate at a level that some radio nutritionist gave a formula. The formula is 220 minus your age. Then subtract 15%, and thats what your heart rate should be durring excersize. Mine works out to 180 or so.

The biggest factor though I think, is an extremely low carb intake. Yesterdays intake was:

Morning: Diet Coke small beef burrito (15g carbs)

Lunch: 8-oz of Chicken breast, diet coke

Dinner: 6oz of tuna mixed with pickel and mayo, and 3 slices of chese

So yesterday was at the most 15-20g of carbs. Along the way I snacked on pork skins which are carb free, and multiple glasses of brewed ice tea.

Just like fat ******* said: Carbs are the enemy!

Missed last week, but here are my results so far:

Well we have a reprieve. I am now still employed until Febuary. So one of the 3 major stressors is off my back. Now to just balance out the rest of them.
