As I was giving blood today, the nurse came over and gave me a freebie TShirt. No biggie, well, it is a pretty tied dyed blue that looks like water. Nice. It's not white. She never asked me what size or anything, just handed it to me. I looked at the size, hoping it was not the standard XL that fits everybody. Imagine my surprise when I noticed it was a medium!!!!!!! Wow! How cool is that? Oh, I have it on right now and it fits perfect. Hope it doesn't shrink too much.

Way cool Almity. I take iron pills every few days and seems to do the trick. If I don't take them, I can't donate.
