Everyone is being so phylosophical and good hearted, I'm compelled to be materialistic, so, only one:
1- To have 500,000,000.00. It's said that money doesn't buy you love or happiness, but it certainly buys you the many things that make you and your loved ones happy, besides, I already have people who love me and I love them, so as far as that, I am happy. Plus it would allow me to retire now and move to Grand Cayman and open up my own dive resort (special rates for SB members :D)

Mine are these:

1: That my children grow up to be strong, secure adults

2: That once I leave this earth that I will be remembered as someone who made a positive contribution to society, even if it is just for a minute.

3: That I can provide enough love to those around me to make them feel welcome in my life.

Foo:
3. I would wish that my granddaughter had not been born (two years ago today) with a birth defect that only allowed her 4 short, sweet hours on this earth. I wish that I could have bought her that little skirt set I stared at in Old Navy this afternoon, after leaving the cemetery. I wish I could have made her mom mad at me for letting her have a popsicle before dinner. I wish she was wiping her sticky hands on my coffee table right now. (Sorry if it's a downer, but it would definately be one of my wishes). :ezpi_hear

This was fun, thanks for the topic.

You can have my other two!! Twelve years ago I had a friend (I've lost touch with him, unfortunately). Him and his wife were expecting the birth of their second child, a daughter. She (the wife) has Lupus, which started to attack the placenta. Their daughter was born only 5 1/2 months after being conceived; she weighed 14 oz. Karina lasted a little more than 4 hrs, but died within 2 days of being born. My friend cried on my shoulder with such sorrow that I literally lived his pain with him. Foo, I share your sentiments. God bless!

1) to have the motivation and skills to make that final hurdle to turn simple gifts into providing talents.
2) to live off the water , in the water , with the water , and through mine and other's efforts let the water thrive and become unspoiled again.
3) that my 3 children grow up to be better people than I ,even though i had help from 3 wishes. (id ask for them to go on and accomplish more but they already have , they were born , and then all things changed , so much the better).

1) to be able to be under the sea without gear (of course I have to carry my camera gear!!) just as comfortably as I am above it, for however long I choose & whenever I choose. Gills like on SeaQuest, maybe? LOL
2) to have those I love never suffer and always have more than they need
3) to have unlimited funds...I don't need it all in a lump sum making some nasty banker/lawyer rich, but when I want something, anything, I'd to just be able to get it whether it's something small like a new camera or big like a new custom built 200' cruising yacht with crew :eyebrow:

James Goddard:
Why? If I'm all powerfull I can certainly grant the k&w upon myself :p
Of course you can but it doesn't follow that you would. Didn't use the wishes to get them...

H2Andy:
1. fifty billion dollars

2. eternal youth for me

3. eternal youth for my wife

Hi Andy,

My name is Tracy. My wife and I recently left the Jax/St. Augustine area to take care of her folks up here in Shallotte, NC. I've started diving wrecks in this area and although good, the vis could certainly be better! I noticed a picture at your site of a place called Pop Warner Reef in St. Augustine. Where exactly is this reef and how deep? The water looks remarkably clear! I was'nt sure just how much reef could be found off Jacksonville. We've both been to most of the springs in Florida as well as Crystal River. I'll try to post some of our Crystal River photos in my profile before long. Anyway, thanks for your site and the images of home that my wife and I both miss very much! Soon to return I hope!
