I expected the inside to be safe, as should all divers.I realize you were already there before seeing it and that sucks, but you saw it from the outside, did you expect the inside to be better? At least it is currently floating, it doesn't always. It also doesn't run.
Sorry you had a horrible trip but I have learned something over the years. Maintenance is maintenance. Companies either believe in it or they don't. I don't judge damage and scratches as they come with use, but when I see mold completely covering the outside of a vessel, I have to assume they put the same pride into the inside.I expected the inside to be safe, as should all divers.
