Hi TSandM, I was told by the Cardio surgeon that finally if they have to replace the valve I will be a on medicine called 'Sintrom'. Just trying to get some second opinions regarding whether one can dive while on this medicine?

Sintrom and Coumadin are essentially the same thing (not chemically identical, but work the same way) so I stand by what I said above.
