Sounds good to me. Elaborate on "nice easy shore dive." Being a relatively new diver, this may mean something different to you than it does to me.

easy... nice boat ramp entry... depths to 35ft or so... well, you can get deeper in one of the coves, but we don't have to. The biggest hazard is probably running into other divers , although, even when it seems crowded, I've only seen another diver once.

we've had Cape Ann Day 1 and 2, with 3 coming up... I guess this sat. (Aug. 17) will be RI day 1, with sunday Sept. 1st being R.I. day 2.

Probably all too small at this area, but you never know.... I have no idea what the R.I. regs are.

In all seriousness if you're not a R.I. resident (i.e. pay property taxes etc...) don't even THINK about pulling lobsters. The cops and park rangers in Jamestown do not have a sense of humor about this, you will be arrested. Also, be sure to use a flag, the initial fine is at least $60.
