Nice! Friday 4/20/12 around Rocky Point and the Avalon, under the 40-50ft surface layer of dense green (less than 5-6ft viz, w/strong currents) opened up to 20-40ft clear viz, calm and cold!!

Awesome! You really were on fire this weekend. Love the second Hermi w/ eggs shot on the red Gorgonian.
The third Flabellina trilineata shot with the skeleton shrimp...... Jesus Man, What a Pose! Excellent Capture!
Merry has been awfully quiet on the boards, is she planning a mega post?

That was my favorite too. I didn't see the eggs until after I took the shot.

I almost added a balloon with the caption,"I'm King of the nudibranchs!"

yes

The worm has been identified as Tubulanus sexlineatus. When I Googled the name I found other worm photos, and a few nekkid women. :)

Gorgeous photos! I'm so envious of your nudibranch-rich sites!

When you took the first picture of the Hermissenda crassicornis, how were your strobes positioned? Were they above and pointed down or off to the sides?
Thanks
