I'm guessing you just forgot to list your mask
How about a safety sausage and signal mirror, never hurts to have more than one type of signalling device if you're diving in big water.
Save-a-dive kit (put your scuba tool in here too): extra mask and fin straps, o-ring assortment, small strobe with extra battery, a chem light or two (glow sticks), zip ties (the ones for electrical wires), small needle nose pliers if tool doesn't have them, small wire cutter to cut zip ties if tool doesn't have suitable alternative, dental tools or something similar for removing o-rings, extra parts for other gear such as a spare computer battery.
First aid kit.
Mesh gear bag if you plan to do a lot of boat diving. Dry bag to put valuables like car keys and dry clothes in.
Plastic tarp (shower curtains work well) to help keep dirt and sand off of gear if you are going to be shore diving. A carpet remnant or something similar is nice to stand on when changing for shore diving.
Primary and back-up dive lights. A small light is nice for looking into crevices during the day.
Compass if you don't already have one.
Compact camping towel because it never hurts to have a towel even when diving dry
I keep a bucket with me when shore diving so I can rinse and don my mask before walking to the water. It also comes in handy for rinsing the tarp and booties when the diving day is done.
Hope this helps.
