Thickness of Wet Suit

I am wondering what thickness of wet suit people recommend for diving in Puerto Vallarta in March? What about in the summer months?

Same questions for the Caribbean side?

Caribbean side is warmer than the Pacific side because of the deep water currents. March on Caribbean side I would wear a 3mm-5mm, same time on Pacific side I would wear a 7mm with hooded vest.

I used a 5 mil and hooded vest in Cabo and Acapulco in mid february and was very comfortable.

I dove in PV on March 2 and 3 and wore a 7mm and it was very warm. Water temps above 70' was 75-77deg just like Playa del Carmen this year. I dove PV last year at this time and temps below 50' were 65deg. Play it safe with a 7mm.
