There is a shipwreck off Little Sable Point called the William Davock. Has anyone dove on this? How deep? Is this a good wreck to dive on? What is there to see?

parrothead600:If I am wrong, I hope someone will correct me. The William Davoc is a deep wreck, beyond recreational limits (I beleive 210'). I beleive that the shallow wreck south of Pentwater that cobaltblue was refering to is the Novadoc, which in the same storm thatalso claimed the Minch & Davoc
superstar:My chart however good it is shows the Novadock as 235' steamer turned turtle off Pentwater 72' deep.
The William Davock 420' coal boat 8 miles from Pentwater 150'-205' deep.
The chart has 1/2 of the Minch 1 1/2 miles south of Pentwater marked with a bouy 18' deep, the other 1/2 out with the William Devock. (is this the wreck just off Silver Lake Dunes?)
My chart is old and not for navagation. What I am interested in is a few good wrecks to dive on that are not too deep and close to a port because my boat only hase a 45-50 mile range.
If cobaltblue is correct the Minch would be perfect.
