Yep, yep... those of us who've either been through the Navy's "ditching helo" trainer or actually survived a real helo ditching know the accuracy of that statement. I've had the moment where I'd have killed for a spare air!I've said it before ... a spare air is the perfect device for exiting a helicopter that goes down into the water. That's what it was made for, but the market was not big enough.
