I was there on a liveaboard about this time last year and would agree with Mike except for the slight changes... the school of barracudas in Maratua is REALLY big; the coral life on Sangalaki is quite decent but, as Mike says, not in the same category as those other places; and we only had a quick sighting of a manta although we were lucky to get a very good view of a whaleshark.

Zippsy, which LOB goes there?
Seems like the travel to go there is a big hassle and a LOB seems like a good choice.
