I plan to be in Hurghada in February.
I used to go to Egyptian LOBs fairly often and dove with Sadko and they have great reputation among Russian speaking clients in Egypt (https://sadko-safarifleet.com/). Might be a good option for you if you are travelling from Russia.

They also started catering to international divers several years ago, so in the off chance someone from SB actually wants to go to a LOB, I would recommend taking a look at them. The owner knows Egyptian work ethic and keeps everything in an iron fist

Thank you. I know many dive operators with Russian roots. Most often I dive with a British dive center. Responsible guys.

One can talk safety all they want but at the end of the day the question is what are the standards that 1) the boat was built and maintained to 2) the captain and crew trained to.

The above is not directed to the OP, their boat and business specifically but in general. At this point in time it does seem as though the boats being built and operated in the Egyptian Red Sea may not follow as rigorous standards as the US, EU/UK, AS/NZ. As such and especially given the recent rash of incidents, if I were operating a business in the Red Sea I would seek out such standard and certification because at the end of the day it could well be a selling point.
