I can actually speak that when I First did a try dive before Christmas and I wore a adult diaper while i was wearing a Drysuit while I was Diving I was Releifing Myself in my Adult Nappy while I Was zipped up in my Drysuit it was a Releif too, now next Year I will be doing a 2 Day drysuit Course so, I will be using a pee valve so I will need to Put the Catheter on In the changing Rooms put my undersuit on then Drysuit connect the catheter to the urinal tube Inside my Drysuit then put the rest of my kit on go Diving and pee then when I come out undress from drysuit disconnect from dry suit ETC
