@larry: i feel for you bro, been of the ciggies for 1 year 4 months... went cold turkey... no patches or anything
the most immediate pain will be crankiness... then the post-meal ciggies... then the on-the-crapper ciggies... the one i found the hardest to give up were the post-dive ciggies...
but you'll get over them!
