Any reason why you made the current FP wider at the top compared to this version? Just curious because with my boney shoulder blades, the narrower top of the old model would certainly fit me better and probably save some weight on the plate.

I made it wider to increase the weight of the plate overall because there were more people than not complaining that the plate needed to be heavier. Plus some people had concerns that the plate was too bottom heavy, so I added more on top to balance the weight, but not so much that it wouldn’t snuggle down into the valley in between your shoulder blades.

That sounds like a great idea to help with trim before any additional weight is added! Any idea when they will be available again??
