From Cozumel, assuming all goes well (but it is, after all Mexico).....
6:00 ferry to PDC
7:30 bus to CUN (no idea if accurate, just googled it and it showed this time, as well as 6:45 but that's tight),
arrive by 8:30-8:45
*should* Be fine. But any sinkhole or accident, add "X" hours...
We flew home yesterday, caught the 12:00 ferry for a 5:10 flight, arrived CUN at 2:30.
ETA as mentioned above, you could get a taxi for $30-40, we were being offered as low as $25 and for some reason didn't take it... so you could be leaving PDC before 7.
