Erm - actually, he didn't - HERE is one of many sites that refute that - Terry Gilligan directed and produced Life Of Brian

As for teaching Lennon guitar - try and find the video showing Lennon & McCartney - PRE Beatles as the Quarrymen

Harrison WAS a talented guy but he was NOT the seminal Beatle and lets not overstate his influece

From CNN http://www.cnn.com/2001/SHOWBIZ/Music/11/30/harrison.londonobit/index.html

In this period he also acted as a record producer and funded Monty Python's film "Life of Brian," going on to found Handmade Films, which produced "The Long Good Friday," "Mona Lisa" and "Shanghai Surprise."

In my book, the guy who funds the movie is a producer.

From MSNBC http://www.msnbc.com/news/665318.asp: "Although his songwriting was overshadowed by the great Lennon-McCartney team, Harrison did contribute such classics as “Here Comes the Sun” and “Something,” which Frank Sinatra covered.
Harrison also taught the young Lennon how to play the guitar.

No question that Lennon and McCartney were the song writing duo, but you can't discount his contribution to the group that turned the music industry on it's head.

Well, quite interesting. As I sit here listening to the " Concert at Bangladesh". Our radio stations are playing "Breakfast with the Beatles" this bright Sunday morning in Chicago.
I just know George would say, " Hey chaps don't fight over me."
They're saying here, that his last words were, "Let there be peace in the world".
