I hope that changes to Rapid Antigen Test. PCR is very sensitive and can remain positive a long time in some people, to the point of excluding travelers who aren't a substantial active infection risk to others.

Most countries are accepting only PCR as one of the entry requirement(taken with 48-72hrs ). It is a lot more expensive and time consuming to obtain the result.
We(HK) are still importing odd cases daily from new arrival possessing negative PCR test as well as fully vaccinated.
Nothing is 100% certain. NO easy solution.


Zero tolerance is NOT the answer.
