This reef is unmarked, and has only recently been named "Napoleon's Reef", since my wife named the resident six foot long Goliath Grouper "Napoleon". I've never seen another boat there since discovering it last year. There's an abundance of large healthy coral heads that must represent genomes resistant to SCTWD, and the reef is also unscathed by summer 2023's bleaching event. My observations imply that the greatest threat to coral reefs is still just too many people touching the coral.
