Any list that doesn't include the east side of Andros in the Bahamas is incomplete. Not many have dove there, compared to the tourista locations similar to Coz, but the diving is top notch all along the third largest barrier reef in the world. Hundreds of miles of near virgin reefs has a LOT to be said for it! There are only a handfull of resort accomodations spread widely along the island so a liveaboard is the best way to get a true feel for the place.

With every passing year since I've returned from Okinawa, the more I am convinced it is the world's best kept diving secret. I never fail to be amazed at how little people speak of Okinawa in scuba diving circles, or how it gets little to no mention in scuba diving publications.
