I too would like to have completed my reading on this subject. Phil would you please post as to why this thread went the way of bye-bye land. Was there some type of legal threat from the good people at AL?

This kind of question is always placed in Site Support.

Because it's the Site Support forum. The ones who can answer the original question check in here on a regular basis and will find it here a lot sooner than they will find it where it was. The rest of the posters won't have any more idea than you do why the original thread disappeared, so it really doesn't matter that much if they find it. That said, anyone who uses the "New Posts" Or "Last Day" search will still find it
