I hope I am posting this thread in the right place. I wanted to thank the members of scubaboard for their sound advice. Last night, I finally completed all of my water stamina skills for my dive master program. I learned that completing this skills is not only a test of strength, and endurance, but it's a test of self confidence. I learned the best way to train was to simply go to the local Y and keep swimming. I even passed the equipment exchange exercise once I told myself "it's only 10 feet of water." last week you were in 107 fsw, so no big deal. I don't mean to gloat, but I just wanted to say thank you to all of you out there!

Congrats on completing the skills ... :D
