What about SEAL sailing liveaboards?
I've pretty much booked with these guys - are they good?

stevenl:
Seal is good, only do liveaboards and know what they are doing.

Have fun.

Thanks, just confirmed with adam for a trip on the 8th Jan - I can't wait, I keep hearing good things from friends that have dived thailand.

I just did a 7-day Similan/Surin liveaboard with World Wide Dive and Sail. The sail boat is BEAUTIFUL, and the food is great. It's not a luxury liveaboard. But there is hot water, comfy accomodations and the owner, a Dutchman named Frank, has been working in the diving industry in Thailand for eight years. It's about $1000 US for the week, including equipment. Check out their Website. I had the best time. Frank is also planning to start trips to the Burma Banks.
