could you share your set up? I am trying to kit ou tmy tg 5 and maybe include a macro lens as well

My setup listed on page 2 of this thread. TG5 already has super macro why would you add a macro lens?

I don't have strobes or external lights. I started taking pictures in the last year, so I am looking for a basic setup to have better pictures. Looking/asking around for the same.

If you want to focus on macro almost exclusively, the are some nice compact options, a ring light will work well for macro stills and video. A compact flash like the one from backscatter is great for macro stills I don't know if it has video abilities, or if you are considering video.
