Teric compass stuck at 0°

Recently I had my 2018 Teric completely overhauled (new mainboard, new screen, new battery....) and it works mostly OK, but now compass is always stuck at 0°. Red arrow never moves, whatever I do or wherever I go.

Calibration procedure pass OK, it confirms Calibration OK, but red arrow is always stuck at 0°.

Anyone familiar with this issue? Is there some trick to awake the compass or should my Teric go for a new repair?

Probably better to ask Shearwater directly, I never used the floating arrow, I prefer the compass ° reading directly so I haven’t seen this issue (I use the Tern now and run it the same as the Teric)
