Temps on North Shore of Cape Ann

An older diver recently told me that he believes the weather pattern this spring/summer has altered the Gulf Stream, allowing for the Labrador Current to keep dumping arctic water on the North Shore... Hmm.

The word is "mature".

I think "experienced" is the preferred term, although I'm not one for political correctness. I still call 'administrative assistants' secretaries and 'sanitation engineers' garbagemen.
