Sunny SoCal, of course!
While I do, (and have done), most of my diving in SoCal, I am currently stuck in Hawaii. Oahu, mostly, with a little Maui, (where I am now), for good measure.

Geeze, I may have to thumb the dive, the viz is down to 80', and cold? I had to wear a rash guard today!

Later,

AJ ;)

Adam, that you? If so, I got another Nick story, if not, sorry everyone. He called me around 4:00 saying he just got out of the water at Malibu Pier. Saw a bunch of helicopters and spectators. I guess one or some of the sharks were just off the end of the pier. I asked if it was coincedence or if he was hunting them. Anyways... Later all.

you poor, poor soul... NOT

Grin and bear it... you'll return to our great dive conditions soon I assume! One can only take so much of paradise before you have to return to reality (you know... cold, kelp, etc.).

Dear AJ,

I hate you.

Love,

Sue

I need to make another trip to HI. I assume there is decent diving on Oahu, but wouldn't know where to look. Any suggestions.

I used to live there, but my husband still needs to see Oahu. Previously, I dove on Maui (Whales!!!) and the Big Island.

I just moved out here out of the blue with a one way ticket to Oahu,,,in one week I got a job teaching scuba with a company called Ocean Concepts.. Although the water temp is warm and the vis is great, I still think the best diving in the world is So cal,, right off Malibu and Catalina..Its nice diving in just swimming trunks...
