is it possible for my to calibrate the thermometer on my Pro Plus 2? It is deiplaying a temperature hotter than it is.

Roy is correct - temperature calibration is performed as part of a complete factory service. The acceptable range is +/- 3 degrees - understand that theoretically, you may have 2 units that you're comparing, both within tolerance that could display a variance of up to 6 degrees.

Can this be performed at a dive shop, or do they have to send it in?

I'm somewhat appaled that a computer this expensive has a temperature tolerance of +/- 3 degrees.
