I was there two weeks ago and it was 71 down to the platforms and much colder below and the viz was not very good.
 
I was there on Easter weekend, and we dived on the east wall most of the time. From surface to 17 feet, I registered 70-72, and then YOWZAH! Pretty sharp thermocline that dropped to about 62. We didn't stay below that too much, so I don't know what happens much deeper than 25 feet down. I do know it was plenty chilly running through Sisko, though.

Vis was "normal"...about six to eight feet above the thermocline, but it really seemed to open up below it. The east wall was fairly clear for most of the length of it. We could see both the surface and the bottom from 20 feet. All in all, not bad.
