I am using tecline for some years now in our cold water (quarys) in belgium. Lowest temperatues encountered must have beeen 5 or 6 degrees celsius. Never had a freeflow so far (/touching wood) and overall I am quite happy with them. Price/quality they are perfect for me.

More in detail, I have the R2 ICE first and second stage as primary, and my octopus is on the R1 PRO
Their more budget friendly price was what convinced me
