I want to learn how to be a technical diver, i have my ow and some advanced classes, what more should i take and through what companies, i want to be able to use mixed gasses and cave and deep dive.

look on www.gue.com and check out the fundamentals class (DIRF), this is a good place to start getting your skills in order and also help to figure out what gear you will need down the road. Do a search on bp/wings. GUE is a little gear specific as to what you use in their training. The training is a little on the costly side, but you get what you pay for and they have top notch training in the technical areas. For cave training you will need, most likely, so travel to florida or mexico.

Yung Diver100:
how old do you have to be to tech dive?

As suggested before, its really a good idea for you to fill out your profile so we know who we are talking to.

You will need to be 18 mostly.

Why? What's got you interested in doing that?

I was thinking about taking technical diving courses for rec diving and for my work, but I am only 16. Am I old enough for any technical classes?

TDI's website states that you can take Advanced Nitrox at 15, but you must be 18 if the class is to be combined with Decompression Procedures.
IANTD allows 15 year olds to take Advanced Nitrox with parental consent.
GUE requires that you be 18 for Cave 1 or Tech 1.

Advanced Nitrox through TDI and IANTD are somewhat different in scope, do a bit of reading and talk to some local divers to get a feel for what's right for you. Good luck..... dive safe.
